Our rates reflect the time, care, and creativity poured into every build. Final pricing is based on complexity, scale, and any additional custom requests.

    Bundle packages include full interior design and exterior landscaping. Custom moodboards and collaborative planning are part of the process—because every part of your space deserves intention.

  • Bundling saves L$, shortens your project timeline, and ensures a seamless aesthetic between your indoor and outdoor spaces. It’s ideal for clients who want a cohesive look without juggling multiple designers or projects.

  • To ensure a smooth and professional experience, the following policies apply to all SOHO Designs projects:

    • Rush Requests may incur additional fees. Pricing will reflect the urgency and complexity of the timeline.

    • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all projects. This secures your place in our workflow and covers initial planning and design time.

    • We only accept payment in Linden Dollars (L$). Real-world payment methods such as PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp are not accepted under any circumstances.
