Founded by Shinesse Madison, who leads the brand as both owner and Creative Director, SOHO is a landscape-focused design studio creating immersive outdoor environments that feel soulful, intentional, and beautifully personal. From lush residential grounds to atmospheric community spaces, SOHO specializes in shaping virtual landscapes that bring depth, mood, and story to every build.

Shinesse’s design journey began in 2007 with the launch of .SOHO, where she built and sold custom furniture and prefabs in Second Life while beginning to explore the art of styled environments. What started as hands-on creation grew into a deeper passion for intentional, story-driven design. Today, SOHO Designs reflects that evolution, with a primary focus on landscaping and select interior styling projects accepted based on scope, vision, and availability.

Sunnibunni Lewis supports the brand as SOHO’s Client Experience Lead, managing customer service, event coordination, and community support. A longtime friend and collaborator, Sunni helps ensure that each client experience feels smooth, personal, and in alignment with SOHO’s values.
